Loner Boy & Lonely Girl

Observing (Leo's POV)

Observing (Leo's POV)

Jan 19, 2020

Well, the class just finished and right now it's the short break and another amazing thing is that the place I'm sitting at, which in the past I mentioned that, it was the most neglected seat in the class, is getting the most attention it could ever get.

I mean I feel for you 'seat' but the fact is that, it's not you 'seat'. It's the area we both are in and that is on the backseat of a newly transferred student who everyone is eyeing for and is interested in.

Yeah, even though I said she scares me a lot but I can't hide the fact from you guys that it's the first time in god knows how long that I've not paid attention to the teacher... I'm so sorry teach but this phenomenon sitting in front of me just wouldn't let me concentrate on your lecture. I'm so sorry I let you down teach (*Cries in the background*).

Right now everyone is scouting her, keeping their eyes on her every moment just like a hungry leopard watches a deer or a pack of wolves surrounds its prey or like a lion- I'm sorry it's just too much of National Geographic.

And fun fact Haru and Suki love it too. So I am obligated to watch it.

But seriously, have you ever noticed? Whenever you are in a new environment, people will start to observe you. Formulating opinions on your personal life even if they don’t know a single thing about you, this has just become a necessary norm for them.

These opinions are based on the smallest observation, the first thing that caught their eye, like the way you walk. These opinions range from observations which have no real foundation to them, to ones which are a major part of your personality like your behaviour.

Wow, I went into the infinity without even noticing it myself, and now that I think about it, it's a great idea for a YouTube video, well another new thing added in 'to-do list' of Leo like 'how not to be judged badly'.

From all that rant, if I try and observe the person in front of me, I'd say she is pretty prepared I mean she doesn't have to worry too much about clothing because of the common uniform, but the subtle things like how neat it looks or how there is no single wrinkle on her dress.

There is this elegance in how the uniform compliments her curves. The tie she is wearing which I think is a 'Half Windsor' which is just the perfect choice for a high school student and finally as she is a girl, the most important thing which will decide how most of the girls and maybe even boys, (it's 2019), will judge her, the 'makeup' which I think from what I know is light ‘touch up’ as I think she doesn't need too many heavy shades because of her fair complexion and the lipstick she used --- LEO! WHAT THE HELL, Just stop, you are not James Charles.

Again I'm sorry people I know I am doing this again and again and you have already barred me as a certified 'creep' and a 'pervert' but just, believe me, it's just something that happens when I'm lost in thought.

Judging someone... huh? a sensitive topic... everyone says they don't do it but they secretly do it...

I won't ask the stupid question of how you judge someone but I would ask... Do you like this type of informative bits in the story...just to slow down the pacing??

Btw don't forget to hit that like button and Subcribe too.

Bless, there's something endearing about this stream-of-consciousness narration. Like, you totally see how much he likes this girl from the way he notices all the little things about her appearance. Like how you sneak in little details about various things through these observations--like her fastidiousness because of her immaculately kept clothes, etc.

Not sure you need the whole bit about how people judge. It's a bit distracting, but I can take it in stride because it is vaguely related to the plot and gives us an insight into how tangential the protagonist's thoughts are.

"Loner is not a lonely"
Leo a loner boy with a tragic past, lives his life like the way he wants, no one talks with him, he doesn't talk with anyone and he thrives on loneliness. With his unique mindset, he has the ability to judge people on their behaviour and tell how human relations work at an instinctual level.

But he's loner life is about to be in a turmoil when he meets a beautiful and hot girl called Chelsea who, with a mindset completely opposite of Leo, with ability, even she has yet to discover but is pulled back by her shortcomings. (she couldn't talk with people lol, she has what we call anthrophobia)

Join this funny journey where a loner teaches a lonely to become social.

PEEPs, yeah that's what I'll call ya. I want to give your honest opinions in the comments and let's play a game where you could talk with my characters as a readerXCharacterOfmybook in the chats lol. It'd be fun...
