Timothy has the unique ability to confuse the pancakes out of people. Also, you might notice the I'm a Dillo! thumbnail which showcases Aaron's very confused face in this moment. If he was ever more intelligent or sure of himself I'd use a different thumbnail but like Timothy he's a few sandwiches short of a picnic.
