The idea came to me at 1am, Friday morning 19 March 2020 while trying to sleep but my anxiety wouldn’t let me.

What if I die from the craziness that is COVID-19. I am high risk.

Around 2am I decide what would help me cope would be to journal everything that’s been happening to me. Put my fears and concerns down in writing and perhaps help me to cope a little better. 

All my stories were written when I had depression and they helped, so why couldn't this.

Regardless of whether anyone is interested in reading about my every day experiences; I need something that says - I was here - in case at some point this year - I’m not.

So let me start from the beginning…
