Question for folks reading: I'm still experimenting with update schedule here, and wondering which people would prefer:
A) An entire chapter at once, about once a month.
B) 5-6 pages at once, once a week.
C) 3 pages at once, twice a week.
D) 2 pages at once, three times a week.
E) 1 page a day every weekday.
