this is such an accurate description of the voice in your head that tells you all the bad things about yourself, tells you to hurt yourself, that you don't deserve love, that you're a waste of space, etc.. Its so hard to ignore that voice and let others in when they want to help you. But its really comforting to know that I'm not alone, not the only person who deals with these thoughts on a daily basis. If anyone who reads this is ever in doubt, know that you are not alone, and there is help out there for whatever you might be going through. It took me many years and several failed attempts to come to terms with my issues and realize I can't just run from my problems. Its a permanent solution to a temporary problem as they say.
