So you found a really nice body of water, brilliant! Before you get too excited, check the surroundings. Lots of animals probably come here to drink (or even swim), and goodness knows what's in there. But if you've got a waterfall or something, that's doubly fortunate as you now have an endless (literally) source of drinking water. You should be able to find fruit growing nearby, as well as flowers and other plants which, when ground up, heal, soothe, etc.

But avoid the temptation of moving your campsite to this place, or else whatever flying bugs issue you've dealt with already will become tenfold. Dengue fever, malaria, and other horrors are just waiting to infect you. So use those falls as your shower stall - every day. Stay clean as much as possible.
