Water, I sit down in it

Sliding all the way under, till it covers my face.

I hold my breath.

There is darkness everywhere.

I can't see.

What is going on?

A small light flickers in the distance

I stumble up, fearing moving

the ground is slippery and hard to stand on

I stumble into the distance

I reach the small light

A tiny flame is emitting a little bit of heat

I reach for it only to be burned at the slightest touch

The room starts to brighten up, I can faintly see things moving around me.

wait! Moving

i start panicking as it gets closer

"WHAT ARE YOU!" I yell fearing who or what it may be. Something touched my shoulder from behind.

"I am you" the form replies

"you can't be me!"

"oh but I can and I am, just your true form is all."

It snaps and the ground underneath me shatter, and I'm falling.

Water spills off my face as I jump from the tub I was sitting in

"Damn it!" I yell as I clutch my head. 

" One day that dream will leave," I wipe my face, " and so will I."
