The bus had finally arrived at the school building. I got up from my seat and walked off the bus with Nicole at my side.

We started talking about our summer catching up. We had bumped into a few friends on the way to our lockers. As we reached my locker, I had taken off my coat and put it and my lunch bag in it. Closing my locker, I turned to Dana, one of the friends that we bumped into. "Dana, do you have Mr.Taylor for History?"

"Yeah, are you heading that way now?" I nodded, "Alright, give me a sec to put my coat in my locker." After she did that, we headed to the class when she bumped into a guy with a handful of textbooks in his hands. It was Kyle, her ex-boyfriend, "I'm sorry," she said not realizing it was him. She said bending down to pick up the books for him.

"It's fine, Dana."

She looked up, handing him the textbooks. "How are you doing?"

"I'm fine. Ally, we're going to be late to Mr.Taylor's class." She said walking away from him.

"Wait Dana," I yelled after her when Kyle stopped me.

"Allison?"

"Ya?"

"Will you tell her I miss her?"

"You should tell her yourself, Kyle. You hurt her bad."

"I know, but she won't talk to me."

I looked at him, "I don't know what to tell you." I ran after Dana, who made it to the door of our class.

"What took you so long," she asked.

"He stopped me."

"What for?"

"He misses you."

She huffed, "Well, he shouldn't have cheated on me."

I walked into class and said, "I know that's why I told him 'I didn't know what to tell him'."

"Well, if he thinks he can get me back that easily, he's mistaken."

I laughed and sat at the table with her.

The bell ranged shortly after we finished talking about Kyle.

"Good Morning class. I'm glad to see that everyone is doing well. Before we go on with today's lesson, we have a new student." The whole class was watching as this tall muscular boy walked into the class standing next to Mr.Taylor. "Class, this is Michael, and he just moves to the Mainland area. So, please welcome him and be nice."

I kept starring at Michael. He is a beautiful young man. "Allison, will you give Michael a tour of the school?"

I blinked and look at Mr.Taylor, "Uhm, sure."

I stood up and walked out of the class with Michael.

"Hi, my name is Allison, but people called me Ally," I help my hand out.

He took it and shook it, "Michael."
