It was pouring outside, giant puddles filled most of the streets. It felt homey to Prince Stefan because most of the time you saw it raining in the kingdom. The Whitestone kingdom was famous for the weather pouring rain. A knock would echo throughout the large room. Stefan would walk up to the large wooden doors. He would open them to reveal one of the castle's many servants.
“King Jensen would like to see you Sir,” the servant said, “he is in the dining room.”
“Alrighty,” Stefan responded. He would walk out of the room and follow the servant to the dining room. As he entered his father would be standing in front of the council who would be surrounding the table and a map that was laid out with little houses and 2 different colored mini people.
“You summoned me father,” Stefan said as the council and King Jensen looked up.
“Ahhh yes… we are now going to allow you to join these meetings,” King Jensen replied. King Jensed explained that the 2 different colors represented the humans and the Elementalists.
“What are Elementalists???” Stefan asked curious about them because he had never heard of them before. We have some idea, but not the entire picture,” King Jensen said, setting his hand on Stefan’s Shoulder, “the only things we know about them is that they are just like us, but they can control the elements.”
“Woah,” Stefan said with amazement in this voice.
“Yes, woah indeed… but back when your great-great-great-great grandfather was king, we didn’t live in peace with them. Some were nice and friendly and others… well we don’t need you to know about them just yet,” King Jensen replied smiling at his son with pride, “if you would like you can go into town and meet some of the elementalists!” “Alright father,” Stefan said with joy and excitement in his voice as he ran out the door.
------
Stefan walked into town and noticed a girl with long blue wavy hair.
“Hello Ma’am,” he said smiling at the girl.
“Why hello Sir!” she replied, “Who may you be?”
“I may be Prince Stefan,” he answered.
“Hear Yee Hear Yee Make way for the prince!” she said laughing and Stefan joined laughing with her. They looked into each other’s eyes and Stefan felt something he never felt before to some girl. He felt something click, like they were meant to be together. Over the next few years they hung out a lot, had their first kiss, etc. Stefan was having the time of his life with Sara until he came along.
