Had this idea for awhile. A comic about a mental disorder I’m diagnosed with. It’s called Schizoid Personality Disorder and it’s a bitch sometimes. It makes social interraction and processing emotions a struggle.

Because it’s poorly studied, I’ve decided to make my own ‘resources’ on it. At least before Hollywood gets it’s grubby little fingers on it.

Almost 2 weeks ago, I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and depressing news from different areas of my life. To top it off, I got triggered by something (just recently became aware of this). Had a breakdown, quit/went dark on other social media, and tried to keep to myself and recover. I can’t be around people, especially when my mind is like that. I don’t make the best choices, to say the least. Social interraction irritates me more than normal. I snapped at a couple of people. Not proud of that.

My roommate’s a kind gal, but trying to talk to me, like, every day of that week didn’t help my recovery. My family isn’t good with mental health stuff. They got some stigmatized beliefs. I know some friends who are a bit more understanding.
