It's hard as hell to find an endocrinologist with any experience on trans HRT. Most declined when I called. A few aren't trustworthy. The best one I found charges a lot for an appointment. I won't judge people who do HRT on their own. Just PLEASE do it responsibly. Seek reliable information and don't arbitrarily increase hormone dosages: it doesn't help with hormonal changes (effect is dose limited) but it greatly increases toxicity and adverse effects
