The days passed as fast as they could. He didn't even count them anymore. If he continued to count the days, he would just feel worse than he does now. He doesn't want that anymore. He just waits for fate to find him. He either punches him in the mouth or leaves him happy with his soulmate. Although he doubts it. If fate wanted him to be happy, wouldn't he have long ago let him meet the boy his soul longs for?
The pain and emptiness in his chest consumed him more and more every day. He doesn't know what to do anymore. He tried to get drunk once, but it turned out that he cried all night in his friend's arms and then tried to stab him with the scissors he had under the bed. Fortunately, his parents weren't home that night and never found out. Shouldn't that magical 'yet' be included in that sentence? It should, but it scares him. His parents already have a lot of problems and worries with him, he can't give them more. His mother can't handle it anymore.
He recently heard her cry in the bathroom while she was on the phone with her sister. She moaned and feared for her son. She complained to her sister that she was afraid that her little boy would end up. Probably alone and unhappy, she added. It took him a lot back then, but unfortunately now he has to agree with his mother. He will die alone, lonely and unloved.
Maybe he hadn't met his soulmate yet, because he just wasn't interested in him. Maybe their meeting is so scary that fate just told it it wouldn't bother him. Which is nice, his soulmate is likely to drink happily somewhere while he has to cry to sleep.
If he ever met, he would put one in his nose. What a fate! When he dies, he flows into the face of God! Shouldn't at least he stand by him? After all, all people are his children, doesn't he want everyone to be happy, loved, wanted and live in peace?
What is the problem of all the guardians of destiny?
He understands, they want to tell him that no one wants him, but they have to stuff him in the face every minute of every day?
What did he do to whom?
"Whoever it is, I promise I'll love him more than myself."
It is not difficult to find your soul mate, not when you share the color of one of your eyes with them. The two souls who are to merge and live together are to meet at the age of sixteen and continue to grow together. Nick is a boy who has not yet met his soulmate, his parents and surroundings describe him as a person without the other half. After all, what chance does he have of finding someone he should have met a long time ago?
Tomas would tell him that he is an idiot who can't wait a while longer and unnecessarily trusts the bullshit of others.
