U.S.'s White House's online videos on their social media sites are NOT captioned.

While the White House provides closed captions (CC) for their YouTube videos, the lack of CC available on presidential and official Facebook pages and Twitter account prevents transparency and engagement with Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing followers on social media." The reason we use 'Now' is because, often, cc are added later. This is hurting the deaf/HoH (hard of hearing) community by keeping us behind on important information and news.
