Read the first 3 chapters and the storyboarding seems decent. However the story seems like a fairly generic Shonen anime plot and I feel for a web comic like this to stand out it really needs something to set it apart from the others. Shonen anime can get away with this with stellar animation, music, VO ect. I'm sure you have your major story beats planned out but I recommend introducing something really out-there soon if you want to gain some traction on this.
