In the dilapidated stench of junk town, the scavengers Conner and Paris search the wastes to survive, fending off other shady characters and giant monsters known as the Afflicted.
As the days run together and the duo hang on the edge of starvation a chance encounter with a group of Dimantian Knights, protectors of the kingdom, bring a chance of a new life, new wealth, but also new dangers. The pair must master their aurapowers to face feral beastmen, dangerous auramancers, corrupt royals, and the brewing civil war.
