Harrold gnome is a frog

-----------------------
My name is Harold G Gnome and once again, i am in a room of shit. Like actual human excrement.
-----------------------
This is Harold. He has a human shape, he has a human intelligence, and a human name, too. And it’s a name that is very odd to humans, and makes sense to him.
How odd? He calls himself Harold Gnome, and, quite honestly, it is an odd name, something of a misnomer. Harold Gnome is not only less interesting than a real gnome, but he’s also not exactly a gnome. No, Harold Gnome has taken on the form of a frog. A red-eyed amphibian. You may ask yourself how he could do this. I would offer that he may have chosen this form to better appeal to his online fans, but I also know that, deep down, he may have chosen it to creep us all out.
Just look at him. He’s got beady red eyes, frog-like skin, hair that appears to be made out of fur (or horn), and he has scales all over his body. It is a delight to behold. He’s all about the creepiness.
Harold was a completely different frog before he moved into the Human-Gnome playpen, too, you see. His first life was an ordinary one, a nomadic amphibian of the hills. But then, just like a gnome, he lost his home. His home was flooded, and the waters consumed the red-eyed amphibian and sent him to a boat bound for earth. A gnome, perhaps a more mischievous one. One that knew how to spin a tale.
Like any story of a shipwrecked gnome on earth, the tale wasn’t quite what it seemed. The gnome wasn’t headed for Deltaville, Virginia, where he was supposed to be. He wasn’t looking for a job, nor had he come to America to build a home, learn a new language, or marry a librarian. It seems that the gnome was instead traveling across America, seeking out the lost secret of human evolution and attempting to bring it back to his own home, back to the watery hills and the red-eyed amphibian himself.
But there’s one detail that may leave a gnome with an identity crisis, a gnome that now believes he is something other than he is. Something more beast-like than he is.
“Yes, yes, of course, it is a real gnome. It has a human name. It has a normal posture. It has a human knowledge base. It has a human intelligence. But I, Harold Gnome, the amphibian, am a frog.”
Humboldt State University has created a fun little game for students, entitled “The Next Great Artist?” Students are asked to pick a stock image, alter it, and determine if the artist (Harold Gnome) is more creative, funny, talented, or talented and funny. See for yourself, here.
