Starlight is sweet, and her gift of empathy seems to be an uncommon trait. Misty and Kali also seem to have some level of empathy, Misty just does her best to hide and cover up her empathetic side.
To be fair, empathy is practically a superpower in the real world now, which is odd when you realize it is supposed to be a core aspect of being a sapient being.
