Night's Birthday

Back in 1999 when I was a wee lass playing a very hard video game called Final Fantasy 7, I came across some music in a train graveyard that gave me a sensation I never felt before. I put my controller down and began to sketch an idea, a concept for the game itself. I knew nothing of the story of FF7 then, but I created a girl that could possibly be part of the team. Someone capable of fighting on her own and kicking ass.
That girl became Night, who then turned into the daughter of Death whose story I rewrote over and over and over and over again until I finally brought it to life with Die Erste Liebe.
So for fun I drew some sketches of her through some different ages, including what she'll look like in future comics and if she ever became Death.
Happy birthday baby girl. (and me...cause secretly I'm just corny.)
