"A bit of explanation about the storyline, the head transplant case is an actual real theory. Scientists are researching and will be experimented 2017.
The name 141108 is the release date (8/11/2014) of the book: "Immortal: Why CONSCIOUSNESS is NOT in the BRAIN" by Sergio Canavero, head of this project had inspired this story.
If you search up "head transplant", you'll see there will be tonnes of documents relevant to his research ;__;
I saw this once on TV, got so obsessed with the idea that i had to write about it :<<
