I had this cute image in my head where the Mouse King wrapped his fluffy cape around Clara and left it with her, but after thinking it over a LOT there were other scenes that I felt would be better framed with the help of his cape. It was a tough decision, but just know it would've been more in character for him to do so. ;v; sorry I'm selfish lol
