Blue sits and stares at the window. Zarah walks next to him.
Zarah: "Thinking of your friends again?"
Blue tilts his head down and nods yes. Zarah puts her hand on Blue's shoulder. Blue smiles a little.
Zarah: "Listen, after everything we've been through, I'm glad I met you. You've been saving my guts all the time. You're a lot nicer than...well Troels..."
Blue: "I wonder what happened to Troels. I know The Queen...most likely died in the fire, but I thought I saw Troels run off."
Zarah: "Lets...NOT talk about that anymore. Ugh! I can't stop wondering about where you came from though!"
Blue: "I..."
Blue looks to the side and frowns.
Zarah: "Blue?"
While Blue tries to explain, a heart monitor, frantic uncontrollable breathing and panting are heard in Blue's Mind.
Blue: "It's complicated for me to explain. I remember being in a hospital and my body...I think by itself, jolted awake and started running on its own. I couldn't breathe...I just kept running! I ran! I remember seeing 5 of my friends wandering around The Hospital with me. 2 more of my friends stopped us and calmed us down. Then we left the hospital during a snowstorm...then...ugh! I can't remember!"
Blue coughs out of controllably and Zarah pats him on the back.
Zarah: "Woah! You don't need to say it! Come on, lemme get you something to drink."
Blue sits on the bed next to Kane. Zarah comes back with orange juice.
Zarah: "Check it out! I found orange juice."
Kane: "Thanks, Zarah! Blue, are you feeling, okay? I heard you coughing?"
Blue: "All is good, heh. Where's Stellar?"
Kane turns around and sees The Protector next to Stellar, who is sleeping on another bed.
The Protector: "She's asleep. And don't worry, I locked the door, so no one should come into the room."
Blue: "I hope that works. I just want to rest from the monsters."
Blue drinks his orange juice and lays down.
Blue: "Man, I have a headache."
Blue lets out a yawn and turns his head to stare at the window.
Kane: "Night, Blue."
Zarah: "But it's always night."
Kane: "I mean- eh, nevermind!"
Kane and Zarah fall asleep in another bed. Blue falls asleep soon after. He dreams of a ticking glitching clock. He then sees a lanky mechanical hand reach for him. Blue backs away and attempts to run but the hand stays on his tail. Blue hears a raspy monstrous voice calling his name in his dream. Blue wakes up and falls out of bed.
Blue: "W-Wha?!"
Blue looks around to see his friends still sleeping. Blue starts to follow the voice. He crawls through a small vent to make it to another room. He must make it through many destroyed Apartment rooms while avoiding The Chronophobias. The Chronophobias are tall humanoid monsters that are the same size as The Shoppers. They look similar to them, but their bodies are made with clock pieces and wires. Their insides are organic mixed with the innards of grandfather clocks. They have clocks, clock hands, or wires for heads. Their hands are sharp and pointy or are a set of spiky wires
Blue: "What the hell...?!"
One of which, he found dead on the toilet. A few of the Chronophobias Blue finds is a dead one on a noose next to a shattered clock. Blue finds several of The Chronophobias watching their clocks, disturbing any will resort to them being hostile. Blue has to go up several floors by running into an elevator, while Chronophobias roam the hallway. The dead Chronophobias are noticeably look as if they aged to death and decayed painfully. Flies and bugs are even shown dead next to it to show how deadly the smell is. Blue covers his nose.
Blue: "These things...what is with them?! Why are they staring at clocks?! Thankfully, I'm on the top floor."
Once on the top floor. Blue climbs to the roof and sees a giant Clock on the wall. Blue looks around seeing a giant Clock Tower in the background.
Blue: "Woah! That tower is huge. Too huge. It is giving me a bad feeling. I should get the others and leave."
Blue fears the tower itself may even come to live and reach for him. Blue backs away a bit until he turns his attention to the giant old clock next to him.
Blue: "What...?!'
The giant clock then begins to glow. After a few seconds, it spirals out of control and The Clock Man emerges reaching for Blue. Blue experiences a massive headache and a painful chest pain as The Clock Man emerges.
Blue: "What...the hell...are you?!"
The Clock Man's entire head is a rusty giant clock with spikes growing on the edges. Wires run along the body of The Clock Man are shaped to look like muscle tissue. Some wires even have gears and clock hands poking out at their ends. Each hand sports five sharp fingers. Its lower legs are spring-shaped. Both arms resemble the human skeleton's forearm, including the ulna and the radius. Half the entire body is encased with brown material made out of parts from a Grandfarther Clock.
A shockwave is produced, and Blue is flown backwards, off the building, and lands in a dumpster. Blue crawls out of the dumpster injured. He looks down the street and sees The Clock Man is teleporting closer to his location.
Blue: "Shit! Shit! Shit! I have to move!"
He has to run and hide inside a Super Market. Blue covers his mouth and tries his best to stay silent.
Blue: "Please don't find me."
Blue must hide behind allies and prevent The Clock Man from seeing him. Blue must sneak past The Clock Man to find a way out of The Super Market. Blue dashes down a hallway before The Clock Man notices. Blue finds an elevator.
Blue: "Yes! I'm free!"
Blue pushes a stool and climbs onto it to press the button.
Blue: "Hurry up! Hurry up! Let's go!"
The Clock Man was already inside. Blue backs away from the monster and runs to a nearby window to force it open. The Clock Man was almost able to grab Blue until he jumps into a nearby Apartment window. Blue rolls down in pain.
Blue: "Ugh! My arm. I gotta grab the others and get out of here."
Blue makes his way back to his room with Protector, Kane, Stellar, and Zarah. The Clock Man appears from down the hall and starts to slowly walk towards Blue, distorting and warping the walls and floorboards as he walks. Blue feels a sharp pain through his ears as he gets closer,
Blue: "Damn!"
Many Chronophobias emerge from their rooms to chase Blue. Blue has to run extremely fast while in pain. Objects fall over to try to stop Blue, so he must jump or crawl under them. Blue gets in the room via the vent from earlier. Once in his room, he wakes up Protector, Zarah, Stellar, and Kane, informing them of the danger.
Blue: "Guys! Guys! Wake up!"
Kane: "What?! What's the matter?!"
Zarah: "Time to leave already? I'm still tired."
Blue: "Clock Monster! There's a- There's a-"
They hear The Clock Monster walking closer to their room from outside.
Stellar: "What's that?!"
Blue: "Hide! We gotta hide!"
The Protector: "We can't go out the window. We won't survive the fall."
Blue: "Our best shot is-"
The Clock Man and Chronophobias bash on the locked door. They hide behind a nearby couch.
The Protector: "Shh! I hear it."
The Clock Man phases through the wall, and he searches the room until he spots the couch. He peers behind it and stretches his hands back to capture Blue. Blue and his friends look up and begin crying as they think they're about to die. Blue shuts his eyes.
Blue: "Goodbye, you guys."
Blue pushes his friends to prevent them from being grabbed. Blue smiles and waves goodbye as he is captured by the monster. He let out a blood curdling scream as he pulled back extremely fast. Zarah reaches out as Blue flies away.
Zarah: "Blue!"
Stellar: "No!"
Kane, Stellar, Protector, and Zarah open their eyes to see their friend is missing.
Zarah: "He got taken! Come on, we've got to save him!"
Kane: "Right, after that thing!"
They run into the hallway, only to be greeted by an army of Chronophobias. They stop in place as The Chronophobias quickly notice them.
The Protector: "Those things! I know them. They're Chronophobias!"
The Chronophobias chase them attempting to kill them down flights of stairs. The 4 Kids are chased out of The Apartments. They rest for a bit once they get outside until they see The Chronophobias quicky catch up to them.
Stellar: "Uh-oh!"
The Protector: "Crap, they're still coming!"
The 4 kids spot a sewage drain in the streets they can go down through.
Stellar: "The drain! We can hide here!"
Kane and Stellar force open the sewage drain.
Stellar: "Hurry! Hurry!"
The 2 get the drainage open and flee down a sewage drain. The Chronophobias arrive too late and are unable to chase after them.
Kane: "That got rid of them!"
The Protector: "Yeah, but where are we going to-"
They land in an old wooden boat. They groan in pain a bit. The Protector sits up rubbing her head.
The Protector: "...land."
Stellar: "Where...are we?!"
Kane looks around to see they are now in The Sewers. The Sewers appear to have formerly been used for housing as there are several pieces of furniture scattered throughout. However, it is now flooded and may act as sewage or as a ballast system. Broken pipes are littered everywhere with garbage leaking out of there. Old rusty boats litter the ocean for people to cross. Garbage items include Clocks, Televisions, food, plates, sludge, cars, buses, beds, bookshelves, corpses of children, Chronophobias, and Shoppers.
Kane: "We're in a Sewer, Stellar. A flooded Sewer."
The Kids sit and rest in the boat as it floats them through the sewers. While floating, a monstrous gurgle is heard coming from underwater.
