Why, yes, of course there is a specific door for quail. Why wouldn't the Department of Quail have its own door?
(The human-sized door from the last page is, after all, an automatic sliding door. Its sensors don't tend to pick up birds, even the extraordinary sort like the Space Quail or a certain Budgerigar...)
