Continued.....

They look through the telescope that cuts through atom obscuring our view of space and see silhouettes of large creatures. The real sky is a midnight navy blue and full of bright stars of many colors. There's no signs of civilization, or land either, yet there's glowing plant life growing from the depths of a huge ocean?  Makana then asks "Is this another planet?", "Technically no, it's a alternative world to ours; like pretend our reflections are actually alive too, Earth's atoms are hiding that we're on opposite sides of the same coin.." Eclair explains. "That sounds creepy, like isn't messing with reality as we know it dangerous?" Lei asks, stepping back from the telescope.. Makana exclaims to her "Yeah, this is a crazy idea!". Sunny sighs Mom, if they exist `beside us`, then we probably don't need to keep doin' all this crazy junk to communicate and stuff?". The BFFs simply stare in silence: what she said makes sense, but her casual grasp on what seems like sci-fi was scary! Eclair simply explains "It seems that way; but we should be able to directly go to their world and vice-versa; we're trying to do just that!", "You're not gettin' the point mom, is it safe!?" Sunny asks in a warning tone. "Yeah I agree: there's probably a REASON we can't contact  them?!." the boy adds, but another scientist butts in: "You kids don't know what you're talking about! If we sat around being worried all the time, mankind would've never made any progress!!". Eclair then interrupts him "Mr Giovanna, that's quite enough.  We're suppose to be the best of the best: disbelief comes with the territory: relax, they can have doubts if they want to.", after hearing reasoning he slinks away.. The woman then says "Now you kids are allowed to stay if you want, but don't touch anything. If Sunny trusts you, then I trust you.", "Thanks! My teacher: professor Kau'i, trusts me around important things too!". Makana reveals proudly, " Yep.." Lei says under her breath, Eclair then thought aloud "I have a sneaky suspicion there's something you're not telling me, but I trust you kids anyway!". The group talk for a while long, with Eclair even showing off less dangerous experiments through the day and until..

That night the Best friends prepare to leave. As the sleeping quarters were reserved solely to the scientists there/there's no room for them. But Makana and Lei wait at the doorway... "Think Sunny would want to come back with us?" he asks excitedly, "She just wanted to find her mother" Lei replies "It's getting dark fast too, let's hurry before we HAVE to depend on just the kart lights?". They go to the golf kart to get ready drive away. Meanwhile: Sunny is preparing to sleep in a room specially made for her; as Eclair planned for her arrival. The girl is sitting up on her bed, and uncomfortably pulls a strange orb from her purse. The ball's black and covered in many green-colored numbers. "I'm here, so now what? You said come here, but haven't told me nothin' either..." she asked the sentient thing. The orb responds by the numbers quickly launching around within itself and creating numerical responses; but spoke also. "'Wait'...?" Sunny repeats it's whispers. Meanwhile: Eclair checked her telescope one more time "I enjoyed that challenge; having kids question my sanity made me think.." She thought aloud to herself "I'm the leader so nobody questions me, I kind of missed another point-of-view." she adds.. Then looks once more to watch the moving monstrous silhouettes "If only I COULD contact them in some other way than with this glass...".

A huge claw suddenly bursts through the upper lens! Most scientists start to scream and run, some merely document this sight carefully on their laptops! Eclair could only back up slowly; no one imagined that the creatures from a world they could barely just see would be able to rip through the dimensions so easily! The lone claw is followed the other, then by the fiery lion head they belonged to.

 The giant lion is 7ft tall and 25ft long from nose to tail.. The aforementioned head is gold-yellow, and the while the rest of it is white and covered in shining red sparks. The black woman stared for a moment, trying to resist running and screaming to try speaking to the huge thing... " Are you..." she gets out but the thing is shot at by one of her workers! 

Meanwhile, Sunny was told to run by the orb! She raced through the hallways, passing the scared mad scientists, until she reached the main room in time to see her mother staring at the huge creature! "Mom!" she yells, Eclair turns around "Stay away Sunny! It's angry!" she warns her daughter! 

The screams of terror also alerted Makana and Lei, so they rush back inside! The boy gasps and let out a: "What the f..", "Is that one of the monsters???!" Lei yells over him! "I think mom's trying to talk to it!?" Sunny reveals to them, then the orb then starts beeping; though Sunny can hear its voice. She then wonders at what it said "You want to get closer?? You crazy!?", she then begrudgingly walks to the roaring lion, but stops before getting close as even it's roars are dangerous to the ears! She then nears her new friends; who're still staring at the beast in surprise.

The lion's continuous roars scared other beasts from following, and it's sound waves shattered any technology/traps the scientist tried using on it.  "What should we do? It's not attacking now, but I think it will if anybody does anythung stupid!" Makana asks as he watched the massive thing angrily roar, "We should run, lions usually roar when they're about to kill!" Lei tells him in fear. Sunny then says: "I think we should try speaking to it: my orb says it can talk in its language!", "What? Is that ball what you were talking to last night???" Lei asks in realization! "Yes, and it knew this was going to happen..but I ain't gettin' nowhere near that thing!" Sunny explains with some attitude, "We can just throw it then!" Makana suggested, causing Sunny to smile a little "Yeah, I probably shouldn't; here!" she replies as she gives Makana the orb! He's scared at first; but realized this is a chance to show off his shas baseball skills; so he throws it directly at the lion's face! The orb starts to beep until it falls into the lion's mouth; causing the huge thing to suddenly shatter!!! Eclair stares in surprise, until the light from inside the lion, engulfs her! Sunny almost cries "Mom!", but is engulfed by sunlight, the scientists all around are as well! Makana and Lei start to run! This felt unnatural and wrong!

They get into the golf kart and start to drive away from the incoming sun lights!  " Can't this go faster!? H,how are we gonna tell anyone what's going on?" Lei asks nervously, "I don't know.. Geez, I think we should start running, we can outrun this kart actually!" Makana replied in fear and confusion. She then calls her mother "Mom, p,put daddy on the phone too...* she starts in fear, her mother started to ask what's wrong but Lei realizing she'd never get to speak and/or warn her at this rate merely says " I love you guys!" before hanging up. Makana sighs "Don't act like that, we can make it!!" he says with determination and fear. "Yeah.. " Lei agrees and hugs him, surprising Makana as the sunlight catches them...then scorched across Hawaii, then the planet...

But it's a beautiful sunny day, birds are singing, fishes swim: days like this seem normal like every other.  Makana and Lei are getting ready to enjoy their summer vacation, and things are looking up!
