A lot of these strange food additives are under researched, which is to the benefit of companies, and not to you. Common sense should tell us not to eat strange and artificial foods. Our bodies just aren't evolved to process artificial foods, especially as often as we eat them. So please, be mindful about what you eat. Try not to eat processed foods (Foods you wouldn't be able to make yourself), and instead eat whole foods (Foods you could possibly grow or reasonably make yourself). I want all the best for you, fellow human! Love you!

Luckily there are also alot of chocolates made with okay ingredients too! Ingredients you can pronounce but usually they cost more than generic brand lol but damn I think little kid me liked that blue dye too much so I'm forever poisoned by blue raspberry flavored candy lol although I don't like it much now ...
