Although Segolene remains a fashion model, the story will start to shift away from her job and beauty contests as more supernatural elements are introduced! I considered rewriting/redrawing this first episode (page 14/17 here) to move faster into more complex story arcs, but this is how my younger self imagined it 24 years ago so I decided to keep that original spirit.
