It's been a rough year for adult artists like myself. More and more states are banning porn (Yes, ID laws are porn bans in disguise) and payment processors like VISA, Mastercard, Stripe, and Paypal have already de-funded and de-banked several adult creators in my space. I really don't know what the future of this comic is: especially because Stripe does the pay-outs for Kickstarter and any other crowd funding site. Will I ever be able to make the final books? Will I ever be able to release the game? I really don't know. Both the government and corporations are trying to kill adult work online: and it won't stop at porn. Censorship never does. Please, if you haven't contacted your local rep about stopping bills like KOSA or sent in a complaint to the paypro of your choice, I'd love if you could take the time to do that for me. I really want to continue to make art: but even if I pivot to only doing "mature" work, there's a world where my past in making porn (something I love doing btw) keeps me from ever getting paid: that would include a day job if AI scrappers keep doing what they do for payment processors. Please, stand with us and fight back. And hey, thanks for sticking with me and this comic. I truly hope your holidays are peaceful. Thank you!
