In this issue we’re introduced to Zack. Zack is Jason’s best friend and he lives in the neighborhood. He rounds out our main five character principle cast! Another fun thing is that this issue is the premiere of Kayla’s film noir persona Detective Knight. In her imagination, she sees herself as a classic movie version of a film noir detective. Since she would have only seen these classics in black and white, she thinks this grey color palette comes with the territory. The colors on this really sell William’s pencils; the transition to black and white for the imagination scenes in particular. I hope you enjoy this issue and please subscribe. I want to apologize for the delay in uploading the issue. Many of you know that last week saw the launch of Pokemon GO and I, like many of my generation, have mentally regressed to 8 years old while standing on the street corner and giggling about catching virtual pigeons. While it has helped cheer me up immensely and helped mitigate the stress of adulting and unpleasant news, it shows I definitely need to focus a little bit more on my time management.

Pokémon GO is a valid excuse :P | I like the way you guys have done the whole detective noir thing for Kayla. It works really well and suits her personality to a tee.
