WHERE TO READ Into the Smoke
Oct 15, 2026
Since Tapas is closing, I wanted to give everyone a heads-up about where you can continue reading Into the Smoke! ITS has continued updating on the main site and is much farther ahead than Tapas, so you can read more right now!
I'm currently doing a reduced schedule (about 1 episode per month, equivalent to about 4 pages) while I work on my contracted graphic novel.

To solve a crime, a rebellious gay medium binds himself to the sinister spirit of a murdered hitman.
Spirit medium Blaze is a disaster at life but an expert at death. As a "spirit therapist," he’s ushered countless souls into the light—without a loss to the smoke.
But when he finds the dark spirit Alastor, he’s forced to bind himself to the ghost to contain him—despite the objections of Father Judd, his ally and crush.
The longer Alastor stays among the living, the deeper the smoke threatens to corrupt him. But as Blaze races to solve his murder, he learns Alastor isn’t the only one craving a new victim.
