Miko: I just keep telling myself, soon I'll be out of the bloody forest for a while... at least in this comic, anyway.
Sometimes I get really focused on the details and technicalities of my art and forget to enjoy what I'm drawing in the moment. In this way I tend to enjoy the storyboarding process, rough tho' it is, much more than the actual page. I'm trying to keep that in mind and focus on the pleasure of drawing more.
Panels 3 and 5 were more that way for me this time. Particularly 3, simple though it is. I wonder if you can tell? Perhaps I'm the only one who can see it, and that's okay. :)
