Lisa and I have begun working out because of cosplay reasons so now we hurt like crazy. Every time I try to do any kind of work out, I'm reminded quite painfully that I haven't had gym class since 5th grade, which means I've gone about 7 years without regular exercise. Word to those still in public school: TAKE A SPORT OR GYM CLASS. You'll hurt less later.
Anywho, how do you guys stay fit? Alternatively, to include everybody, what sort of excuses do you make to yourself to get out of exercising?

I stay sort of fit? by telling myself if i walk at least 2km or do sit ups, i won't have to do it the next day as a break. its light kind of work out but eh it works enough i won't hurt.
