You can never reach a real sentient creature when you call a company...even in space!
I put a lot of thought into how the smoke would be trailing for the ship... do I go with ominous black smoke that implies danger? Or the realistic white smoke? I went somewhere in between, borrowing inspiration from another comic with a crashing spaceship ;)
