Oh, hello Holly!! I'm always so glad to see you around on Twitter, so it's a pleasure to run into you here on Tapastic as well! (And thank you so much for supporting Crow Summer. :D)
Hey Tapastic! Just wanted to update you - I just finished the first full page for Flot and Jett, and we're planning on releasing it either September 21st or 22nd with 1 page a week! WHOO!!
I know we were aiming for August, but I've been working on some writing projects on the side. In fact, I was accepted into my first anthology which will be kickstarted next year! Don't worry, I'll provide updates for that:)
I'm trying to build up a buffer for Flot and Jett as we start to head into the holiday season, because you know me, I will NEVER miss an update (please Universe - don't take that as a queue to have a bus hit me in the street today!).
Thanks for sticking it out - I really think you'll be impressed with how much my art has improved over this few month hiatus ;)

Ah, quick amendment! Official release will be Sept. 28th! Then it will update every Thursday starting on Oct. 5th! I ran into a hard time with my dog dying last weekend that put a hold on all the artsy stuff. We're working on launching our own webpage with Flot and Jett as well, so this is a bit more time-consuming than Above the Line ever was! But ohhhh man, I'm soooo excited to finally share this with you!!!

Happy 4th! Just to prove that I didn't lie and do have another comic in the works, here's the first teaser! It's a comedic sci-fi adventure that is being written by my husband, Ryan and drawn by me:)
We're aiming for an August release, but are saying "Fall" as a safety:) I'm going to do a full-page for each update, instead of just a 3-panel strip like I did for Above the Line. It'll be my first time attempting it, so I'm excited!

Hello again loyal friends!
It's with mixed feelings that I have to say that Above the Line will no longer be updating. I was originally created for a Disney fan site, but the site is merging with a new one that has no place for web comics!
So I am making the hard decision to let it die, and moving on to a different opportunity for a new comic! I will greatly miss my characters, but that's how things happen when you collaborate with others. No hard feelings!
Stay tuned, because comics are in my blood and I'll always having something up my sleeve:)
