"I hate you"

well, basically, when you have close friends, you can say "I hate you" sarcastically, which happens to me sometimes, I say it to my friends, they say it to me, and We are completely fine, because we all know it is sarcasm, and we does not mean it at all.
but when a stranger says it to you (especially online) you can't tell as easily, if they are sarcastic or mean it, and it could make you feel bad, so, before starting this kind of sarcasm, be sure, the other person will get you are joking.
