[Interlude] Roll Call!

After a lot of people asking What are you?? I figured I'd take advantage of this interlude to finally dispel your questions! People have also asked for how the polycule /works/, but I'll save that for next time! It's a little complicated.
We've got all kinds here. I, for example, have always known I was asexual and some kind of trans. Cal, too, basically always knew. We've got dear Lotte, who found out later (as many of our friends have) and then Brandi.
"Yes this accurately sums up how I feel," she said, re: not having a concrete label/not knowing what to call yourself.
A lot of resources portray not knowing and questioning as things you go through on the way to finding out who you /really/ are, but the truth is that so many aspects of relationships and orientation are murky, unknown, and confusing, even if you've known about them for a long time. And oh boy do I have more to say about that next time, and through the rest of this Snug Orbit story arc.
Speaking of making things easier, I realize I haven't talked at all about being bigender, which I'm sure makes things complicated for people talking about and recommending SO. Whoops. I'm sorry!
When I started SO, I wasn't sure how much I actually wanted to say about my life and identity.
I mean, it was always going to be obvious in my future works. But I kept putting them off /because/ of that fear, which just kept compounding and compounding. Being bigender was part of that, since I wasn't sure what pronouns to use, whether to change my name, whether to tell anyone about my self.
So: Emrys is bigender. They accept all pronouns, preferably on a wild random cycle, and are really tired of people assuming they aren't nonbinary. Come on y'all. They're a nonbinary, bigender aroace lesbian.

Originally this description included definitions of the terms but it turns out there's a 2000 character limit, SO. I figured I could put them here if you all don't mind!
NOTE: all terms should be taken as guidelines, as for many people they mean very different things. Human stuff is COMPLICATED!
Pansexual - attraction to all genders, or regardless of gender (depends on who you ask)
Asexual - Attraction to no one/lack of sexual attraction (can mean 'I experience no attraction at all' or 'I don't feel sexual attraction' specifically)
