So yes, Shiva once peaked inside a plastic bag... I have never ever seen a cat running so fast before in my life O.O She was running so fast with the bag on her head, and she didn't bumped into anything! I got her after few minutes and pulled off the bag, she didn't even had a scratch.
Again, don't give your cat plastic bags :)

it's even worse if their heads go through the handle hole. Then, it's like they have a noisy scary cape that won't go away! O.O
