This just makes me think of my ex best friend. We didn't really fight, but she moved to a different school and eventually stopped replying to my texts. I remember once seeing her in a dream with new friends and she couldn't remember who I was right away. I woke up mad at her but then I guess God helped me realize that it was time to let go. I spent about 2 years not being able to hold on the the right school friends, but at least I had my family and some friends from church. Still, it wasn't enough. You spend almost all your day at school, might as well make friends there. Eventually, I found a nice group of people who I could kinda fit in and accepted me. Sure I still feel like an outlier sometimes, but I'm still learning. Friendship is a two-way street: if you don't bond, they don't stick.
