As Larry doesn’t respond and fear settles in, Monna begins to panic. The darkness effects everyone, it takes its tole, especially when the darkness is from your own heart. Monna is helpless - or so she things. Little by little, she begins to glow a pale blue colour, starting at her fingers, it spreads like water and drips to her elbows. It catches her eye and she stops calling out for her companion, only to question what is going on with her body.
“Am I dead?” she thinks to herself. The glowing pulsates and makes a small shining sound. This wasn’t normal, and she didn’t feel dead. Then she remembered something…
