She looked at the man in the white robe. Questions zooming through her head. He looked like a priest, but something was up. Priests don't have a sinister smile and a knife in their pocket. She tensed up thinking of what the strange man would do to her.
"Relax, don't be scared. I know you have a lot of questions and all will be answered shortly." He sat down in a chair she hadn't noticed. He lost the sinister smile and replaced it with a sweet one. " You can ask questions if you would like to."
"... The men in the woods were they trying to kill me? Or did they know I cannot die?" She asked her throat was dry and her lips were chapped. Her hair ran to her ankles tangled and blood still in it.
"I would have expected you to ask were you are but, they were trying to kill you." She nodded and took note of there intentions. "Now I get to ask a question. Due to the fact every time you ask a question I get to ask one." She nodded, "Child what is your name we have yet to know because it is such a small town." She looked him dead in the eyes.
"Prudence Mary Constance." She said her voice was rough, she was longing for water.
"Are you thirsty?" She nodded furiously. He opened a door and called out for a cup of water then he closed it. "So my name I suppose I will tell you is Sir Vince Auryon." She took note of the name, "Prudence, please tell me of who the town people were preferably the ones the blonde one killed, then we later killed her." She answered with all her names, she then took into realization they had killed Elizabeth. This meant her powers were hers now if the curse was true. Which it was as you can see.
They herd a knock Vince opened it and took the water from some gloved hands. He walked over to the table Prudence was on and tipped the glass slightly to her lip to allow her to drink. Refreshing water filled her throat as she savored every drop. Vince studied her as she savored the water and let every drop hit her lips to get rid of how chapped they were.
"You will be the start of something amazing." He whispered into her ear quietly. She looked at him in pure fear, respect, and confusion.
