Just since I'm so proud of it, I'll tell you now that all of the Japanese characters on this page are completely accurate! The big symbols on the right side of the sign read "Haruno Sakura" in Japanese. I just figured that since it's a hospital, most of their signs probably have multiple languages displayed for foreigners, including English. That's how I got out of having to do a translation caption XP

This first part of the trilogy explores an alternate ending for the Naruto series, which branches off from the point in the original story just after Jiraiya perishes. Sasuke, having just defeated his brother Itachi at last, joins with Akatsuki to bring down Konohagakure. However, instead of being sent after the 8-tailed host, Sasuke insists on going after the only other remaining tailed beast, the host of the 9-tailed fox, Naruto Uzumaki.
That is where our story begins.
