I think it relates to self confidence you know? When youre confident you make sure you hold your head up high and never doubt everything you do or say-same goes for extroverts. The people that see going out and making friends is an easy thing to do. But when it comes to people who have been isolated and has no self confidence at all, you lose all the confidence you have when you have just started.
