First, a very HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all!!!
Apologies for the unplanned monthly-long hiatus last December 2022. This was mostly due to a surprise trip out of the country during the holidays where I decided just to take a break from the pen and paper to really spend time with my family. That's over now and I'm back in front of the screen churning out the next chapters of Sam and the gang's adventure in the underworld, while also working on a new project directly connected to Level Up Hero. XD
Look forward to it and thanks for continuing to support the novel!
P.S. Big news coming soon about Level Up Hero's future... Really big news. Good ones too. XD

I can't really say anything yet, but let's just say the 'coming soon' news is the kind that makes me want to jump up and down in excitement and then yell "It's going to be EPIC~~C!" at the top of my lungs from the rooftop of the New Atlantis State Building. (wink, wink)

Soo~~o Level Up Hero Volume 2: Rising just ended, but we're already posting the prologue chapters of Volume 3: Underworld—and it's Crow-Man's POV!

Now, this late July, I'm launching my new novel — Adventure Academy — a fantasy tale of budding adventurers learning the tricks of the trade as they explore the many bombastic worlds of the realmsverse! Please look forward to it!

We're nearing the end of Level Up Hero, Volume 2: Rising! Just one more chapter to go! Are you guys excited? I am!
Level Up Hero, Volume 3: Underworld is coming, and if the title is any indicator then it's going to be a wilder ride than the crew of the Argonaut VII have had so far!
To celebrate vol 3's impending launch, we'll be releasing a set of sudechapters next week featuring everyone's favorite cowled hero: Crow-Man! The side chapters will tie into Underworld too!
Lastly, to my Iron Blood Arcanist and Alpha and the Rose readers, sorry for the delays -- in the midst of a rewrite for those two novels, but my new novel, Adventure Academy will be out soon here on Tapas! Look forward to it.
Let me leave you all with a teaser of things to come for Level Up Hero.

This is IRON BLOOD ARCANIST related news, so if you haven't read it yet, then please check it out because it's awesome!
First, NEW CHAPTERS (That's right, multiple!) are out right now! Go read it!
Second, ALL PREVIOUS CHAPTERS HAVE BEEN EDITED to reflect BIG CHANGES in the story. See a list of them below:
1. The ages have been changed to make kids learning to be arcanists more plausible. In chapter 3, he already starts out as 4 years old instead of the 3-year-old he was previously.
2. Eldar is a copyrighted term so I've changed it to Sidhe now, reflecting on the concept of European fairies. XD
3. Chapter: BLOOD MAGIC has been rewritten significantly as the previous chapter was noted as creepy considering Number One was infatuated with an eight-year-old girl despite having an adult brain. So had to change that. Now, his interest in her is due to the fact that he realizes she might be one of his old crib mates who'd been banished by Major Heinrich.
4. Lots of new content in most chapters peppered into what's already been written so I highly recommend you reread them. XD Not necessary to read the next chapters though as long as you've read this comment already. Lol.

HEALTH UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2021
Heya all,
So, I was diagnosed last week, September 1, 2021, with COVID-19. Yeah, after avoiding it for 2 years, the freaking pandemic finds its way into my house regardless.
DON'T WORRY, CHAPTERS FOR LEVEL UP HERO, THE ALPHA AND THE ROSE, and IRON BLOOD ARCANIST WILL ARRIVE this weekend at the latest. I just wanted to give you all an update on my health and why the releases suddenly stopped the past few days after we got to ramping them up finally...
I've got mild symptoms because I am VACCINATED — coughs, colds, headaches, muscle pain, and an insane amount of anxiety that's really making it difficult to write because it is fucking COVID — and it's been pretty hard fixing things for my household. Setting up a house quarantine and managing the virus has been a full-time thing these past few days... and only now am I really coming up for air.
I WILL BE BACK TO WRITING AND EDITING AND PUBLISHING SOON so you don't have to worry about not getting chapters here on Tapas. YOU, MY DEAR LOYAL READERS, ARE MY PRIORITY. It's just been challenging to get into the right mindset for writing again.
So, let me also take this opportunity to remind everyone to TAKE CARE during this troubling time. Get vaccinated — and yes, that sounds strange coming from a guy who still got it after being vaccinated but my symptoms would be so much worse if I wasn't because I've got comorbidities like 50% of the non-healthy bastards who enjoy fast food and lazing about on the couch out there. ;P

I hope you get better soon~ Idk if you have a house/garage, but when all this started my friend turned the garage into a decon room so he didn't bring it in since his parents are elderly. Anyways~ Try to relax since stress doesn't help any sickness. ♡
