Hi! My names Alex, and I'm in the mood to do some 'arting', as a friend would put it. I'm a graphic designer, but my true love has always been comics.

Hello ya heathens. I wanted to let everyone why there haven't been any new 'Lollipops' or 'SNGC' recently.
[DISCLAIMER] This story is gross so if you don't care, just skip over the asterisk.
*So the week before last, I was painting a home and fell. I tripped on an outside tree root and landed chest first on concrete. All the air was forced outta my lungs and I was in immense pain. The pain was so great, I hadn't noticed that my right hands thumb nail was split open. Thankfully I couldn't feel it at the time, but for the past few weeks I haven't been able to hold a pen to draw. I'm just waiting for the nail to grow back.
If you skipped the above explanation, I haven't stopped drawing. I plan to continue in the coming week.

I hope you feel better soon. (By the way, I lost a couple finger nails. It will stop hurting so bad even before the nail grows back.)

I just wanted to let you chimps know that I'm not gone or anything... Just up a tree.
I always make a note on what I've missed and so far it's one (Lollipops) and two (ABZeek) updates. Last week my computer decided to be difficult. It's still currently in a timeout. (Don't ask how I got a computer up a tree)
I remember a time when I would lose my mind when all my files would just be gone. Luckily I've learned enough to keep four backups so I'm good. While I'm repairing my computer (AGAIN) updates will be slow going... but not stopped.
This monkeys gonna keep climbing until he can't climb no mo'

Getting a computer up a tree is actually really easy... as long as it's an Apple.

I just wanted to let you wonderful people know that I've been hit with two hurdles. First was my computer suddenly deciding that shutting off after every few hours was a very cool thing to do. At the time it wasn't that big a deal until, you guessed it, my second problem hit. Now my tablet doesn't want to cooperate with my computer.
This sibling rivalry will not stand! I'm trying to troubleshoot the issues (ever since last Friday), so I think I'll be good. I was able to squeeze a new SNGC before it crapped out again.
Sorry, but all of my comics will be on a wee break. (I LOATHE THE WORD HIATUS... THIS IS NOT ONE... it's not... *sob*)
