Minimalism for the win!! When it comes to cover designs at least. For writing... the prose will be dense as fuck

Trying something new with this cover. Probably wont be publishing this right away, but I enjoy sharing my process/Ideas.
I have the same username and profile picture on Ao3. Fanfics are there just to be on the safe side, everything original is here.
Next project i decided to sink my teeth into (pun very much intended), translating my story Hunger into english.
I am also changing around and hopefully improving some things so its not an exact translation.. Maybe at some point I will do the same with the original and see where it goes.
I decided to update the cover to correct my username and make it more aesthetically pleasing... I was not super happy with the original cover any way, it just felt way too disjointed and busy. Minimalism for the win! And I made it more symbolic by accident too, with all three sides of the cross now representing our three main (and most important) characters :)
I should do the same thing with my profile picture.. It also feels way too busy and its kind of an eyesore.
Sometimes i feel insecure because i am not making great covers with amazing art or books with thousands of chapters/Joskus tunnen oloni epävarmaksi koska en tee hienoja kansia missä on mahtavaa taidetta tai kirjoja missä on tuhansia lukuja
But i do kind of like the minimalistic covers i can make, they have a certain charm to them/Mutta pidän minimalistisista kansista joita osaan tehdä, niissä on omanlaisensa charmi
