Hi gems! Unfortunately there's no Sephie page this week because (drum roll please) I've been working on a Kickstarter project! It's for a 24page black and white comic called The Ink Witch that I've been working on for the last 6 months, about new relationship nerves, magical tattoos, and girls falling in love. Hey Sephie fans - some exciting news / an update!
Firstly, thanks for patiently sticking it out with me while I give my wrist the time it needs to heal - it's been a long horrible road, but the end is actually now in sight. I'm starting to draw again, just little pencil things a few times a week, but it's a start - if you'd like to keep up with my progress, follow me on instagram for doodle updates - https://www.instagram.com/izziward/
Secondly, I made a thing for y'all! I've just finished a weekend tabling at Thought Bubble, where I was selling my old Nino comic, some postcard prints - and these sweet little sprout enamel pins I designed! I wanted to make something small, sweet and Sephie-related. You can check them out on my BigCartel shop -

Finally, I'm hoping to be able to start updating Sephie again in the new year, if all goes to plan - it's so tough holding myself back from starting now, but I'm not ready, and I don't want to risk setting back an already longterm injury. I'll message you all again when I'm ready to go!!

Hey all! I'm going to be at Thought Bubble Comic Arts Festival in Leeds over the weekend selling my comic Nino and sharing a table with two of my friends from uni - come say hi if you're around!
