every time I click into a comic with great art and a super problematic story I age another decade—and child soldier romancing his controlling officer fits that description three times over
I mean the art wasn't bad and the story was fun and angsty, but it was boring because the ending has been telegraphed and the ensuing narrative was just sexy scene after sexy scene
