Hey folks! I'm not dead.
Just as an update on my situation, I've been working on several things for college these past few months. Things have been quite hectic and I'm really not sure when I'll be able to return to regular updates, as much as I'd like to.
I am working on a short animation which could be set in the Everdream universe for my next semester's assignment, so I'm making all the necessary preparations to make sure it comes out perfect. As you can see, I have and will have my hands full for my foreseeable future.
But when it does come out, I'll make sure y'all know about it! Thanks for following the comic!

Also, sorry for the absence these past couple weeks. As you can imagine, college is a very busy place. I'm currently working on an internship assignment, an optional assistant project, and all the main assessments from the course itself. So, as you can imagine, things have been pretty hectic.
But I promise that as soon as I can gather enough time and energy, I'll be making the next couple pages! I am NOT giving up on this project, and I WILL keep updating it, even if it might take a while. Don't give up hope.

Hey guys, sorry for the absence the past couple weeks. College has been incredibly chaotic, as I'm nearing exam week. I'll try to get a new page rolling this week, but if I can't, sorry. This might be true for next week as well. We are about 4 or 5 pages from the end of Chapter 6, so it shouldn't be long before it's over. I'll start writing chapter 7 as soon as possible and get to illustrating it at some point. Don't worry, I don't plan on abandoning this comic anytime soon.

The Felidan-Etheria Wars were a series of conflicts within the planet and moon of Felida protagonised by the Felidans, allied with the Federation, and the Empire of Etheria. It was a conflict that happened in the last days of the Federo-Etherian War, in 5048 A.E. It was a massive campaign sent by the Emperor of Etheria as a last ditch effort to win the war. By capturing Felida, they would be able to get the closest they possibly could to the capital of the Federation, Walestain. This was named "Operation Ramming Log" by the Etherian higher ups.

Ashes to Ashes... Dust to Dust... Is that a Aviators reference that I'm seeing there?
It's actually a reference to the song Ashes to Ashes by David Bowie. All of Everdream's chapters are named after a song David Bowie made or participated in.
Uff... Better that way, I don't have to explain what song I was thinking about. It's a nice detail.
