I'm Nahera, the drawing hand and creative mind behind 'Swallow us'. Publishing my own story was always my dream; especially a comic. So I built up a world with my dear friend Delminu, who is the Co-Writer and Proofreader.

A Happy New Year everyone!
I hope you had nice holidays full of rest and for everyone who's still in their holidays, enjoy them!
Unfortunately, I got really sick the second half of December, that's the main reason why I had to go on a small Hiatus with Swallow us. But I'm much better now, so I hope I can get back on track as soon as possible and end the first chapter.

Hi dear readers!
I got informed that my bonus episode for today's evening is a bit too mature content heavy for the app, so the comic got put down there for now. I of course censored everything immediately like Tapas asked me to, so I hope it will be available on the app again as soon as possible.
I'm not sure if subscribers can still see it on the app right now or not, but if not, this is the reason. On the website it is still there, though.

I'm sure a lot of you noticed already that I've gone on hiatus with 2Shadows. The reason for this is, that my life situation changed quite a bit and due to the massive amount of workload that goes into a full, multi-layered colored comic, I just didn't and still don't have the time and energy anymore.
But after taking a couple of weeks off in the summer, I wasn't happy with leaving making comics behind like that, so I came to a decision.
I started a new series.
But.
It's not a colored one, it's inked in black, white and grey scales. It's my original style, the one I'm the most comfortable with and also the one I enjoy making and reading the most. And the style that doesn't make me sweat blood and tears for hours and hours.
I did 2Shadows in colors, because the platforms made it very clear that no-one reads non-colored comics. But after being around here for a while, I figured it's just not true.
2Shadows always was a Prequel. The story about how everything starts and I wanted to experiment and get to know the whole comic making process.
'Swallow us' is a story that takes place 12 years later. It's the same cast, the same world, the same love and passion me and my co-writer have for these characters.
I don't know when I come back to 2Shadows and if I do so, I'll probably continue it in grey scales, too. But for now I concentrate on making Swallow us and I hope you forgive me for making this decision.
Please give the series a go! I leave the link here, the first episode comes out the 1th of October, but I'd be beyond happy if you'd decide to subscribe beforehand to not miss the start.

I'm not sure yet how long the story will go. Overall there's content for years and years and I could end it after different seasons; but I'll just see how it goes with people enjoying to read it as well as me having the time and resources to make it. But I hope I can continue this comic now for a long time, since I just put my heart with all I have into these characters and their story!

Just a quick note from myself: I had a bit of an emergency recently, so I wasn't able to work on new episodes.
But! Currently I'm redrawing the prologue and once that's done in a few days, I can finish setting up my Patreon and finally continue drawing episodes again!
Of course I'll let you know what to expect from the Patreon Membership once it's all ready. Please stay tuned for a bit longer and thank you soo so much for your patience!
