Hi, everyone! In the upcoming days, I will be refreshing the first couple of episodes. The pages I painted for them are from a couple of years ago, and there are things that I feel needed fixing, especially the typography (not so much the drawings themselves). Nothing plot-wise has changed, but you might spot some minor fixes and a couple of redrawn panels - and a whole new first page and cover! 🐙
I'm 2/3 into unpacking my stuff, so I can finally go back to more or less the regular life. Man, I've missed painting so much.
So far this inksgiving I've received from you almost 80K inks... inkdrops? Bottles? Anyway! Thank you so much, it's helping a lot with how many expenses I have right now (among other things, I'm moving to escape toxic mould in my old flat). USD exchanged to my country's currency goes a long way, even if it may not seem as much in the west.
As a thanks, I'll be painting more of OMEKADE characters as visual kei band members.

A little update! My surgery is now fully funded and is going to be performed very soon - thank you so much to all who have supported me.
As it is, I'll be now going back to working on OMEKADE, for now mainly writing up script for future episodes and perhaps storyboarding - much will depend on the progress of my recovery afterwards.

There is a very important reason why the episodes have been delayed: I'm gathering funds for my top surgery and as such, I have to prioritise doing commissions over anything else for (hopefully) no longer than mid-April.

Would you sell originals (of the comic or something similar)? (I’m in Germany, post should work.)
What would you have in mind exactly? I do have a couple of originals for sale and also sell prints, but none for Omekade so far.
I don’t have anything special in mind, I just got no idea for a commission, don’t want just a file but would like to have some art by you. While I can’t afford much ATM, I might convince someone to buy me something for my birthday. ;D
