Debating mirroring on here as well. If we do, we're going to make a new series for core parlor tricks and it'll be updated once every 3 weeks instead of weekly, because we're going to be posting 1 page a week. prioritizing quality over quantity!

parlor tricks will be hosted primarily on tumblr (parlortrickscomic.tumblr.com), rather than on tapas, and we’re also hoping to set up smackjeeves and webtoons accounts in the future for mirroring. possibly also deviantart? the pilot will remain on tapas.

sorry for the radio silence of late! episode 1 is comin--we're just making sure to try and keep our work habits healthier this time, because we got seriously burnt out on the pilot. unfortunately this means progress will be slower, especially since candel is working full time and the semester is about to start, but stay tuned!

the last tuesday upload went over pretty well, so we're going to try that out as an update time for the next few weeks! hope you don't mind the slight change--just trying to figure out what works best!

We have decided to make the pilot episode of Parlor Tricks its own thing, as it is so drastically different in comparison to the main bulk of what Parlor Tricks proper is going to be. As a result, the title has been changed to Parlor Tricks: Munch Ado About Nothing and we will be posting the main comic separately as a different "series" after the pilot's conclusion.
Apologies for any confusion, but after considering our options this felt like the best solution for dealing with the pilot! When Parlor Tricks officially "begins", we'll send out another memo so anyone who wants can subscribe to it under its new spot in our series library.

i luv your comic it's brimming with a little something called "charm" that's vacant from a lot of other comics. Feels like you guys had fun writing it.
It's definitely a passion project. Goji and I became best friends in part because of these characters and coming up with their story.

Thanks so much for all the attention and feedback over the past couple of weeks! It means a lot that u buds are interested in our lil comic.
I meant to post this when we reached 100 subs but time got away from me.
So Parlor Tricks is a labor of love for me and Goji, and it's a learning experience for us too. Both of us want to get better at writing and art, so both of us will be writing and drawing this comic. (e.g. I drew the banner and series icon, Goji wrote parts of the script up to where we are now, and in the future we'll be alternating pretty steadily!)
Some people have said that you love this comic so far, and that you can't wait to see what Puck and Balor will get up to, and I can't express how much that means to us and how excited that makes us to keep going!
Any feedback you have that you think could make our comic better, please don't hesitate to share!
