Description
In a peaceful village of little consequence two souls meet. Sinine an innocent barmaid blessed with the rare power of healing and Alastair a bouncer tiring of the aimlessness of his current path. They find themselves brought together by their love of stories from a distant past. Stories of love and magic that inspire hope, but which are strictly banned. In each other they find their own spark of hope. A spark that grows into an inferno of passion and love that binds their hearts like links in a chain.
When the peace of the village is shattered by violence they embark on their own hero’s journey into a poisoned world. A world where hope and dreams have long ago faded and where magic is suppressed and hoarded by those with power. A world where danger seems to meet them at every turn and follow like a relentless shadow. Through it all they find strength in their love for each other and with each new challenge they begin to wonder if it might be possible to bring back the magic and maybe, heal the world.
